Job summary

The Assistant Manager will assist the managers in the operation of Camp Christy.
Summary of essential job functions
-
Provide security and supervision for the camp by residing on site in absence of managers.

Maintain the water systems in absence of managers. Take daily chlorination samples/records
-
Will live on the property during summer camp.

Maintain the swimming pool in absence of managers including keeping chemical readings, cleaning, and taking care of daily pool operations.

Assist the ABCCR Director of Camping and all camp directors during the summer camping season.

Be available to all guests during occupation of Camp Christy

Assist in the support and supervision of support cooks, housekeepers, and Rockwall Operators.

Other tasks as become necessary in the operation of Camp Christy as assigned by Mangers
Minimum requirements
-
Be 18 Years or older
-
GED or High School Diploma
-
Relationship and daily walk with Christ
Mandatory Training offered through Camp Christy
-
CPR
-
Rockwall Certification
-
Kitchen Orientation
Abilities preferred

Self-Starter

Attention to detail

Work with minimal supervision
Salary
-
$100 per day when camp is occupied
-
$50 per day when managers are off site and camp is unoccupied
Hours

Varied/Minimal during the off season

Daily during Camping Season
