Summer Lifeguard

Job summary

Lifeguards will keep swimmers safe at the Camp Christy pool

Summary of essential job functions

• Will watch swimmers during swim sessions when camp is in session.

• Will be responsible for the equipment involved in a water rescue

• Will rescue swimmers in distress.

• Will fill out necessary paperwork in the event of a pool-related injury.  

Minimum requirements

• 16 Years and Older

Required training provided by Camp Managers

• Life guard training

Preferred Abilities

• Self-Starter

• Attention to Detail

• Minimal supervision

Salary: 

• $15 dollars per hour.   

Hours:  Varied hours ranging between weekly and daily
